About Us

Rapid Roller Reconstruction is a growing Vancouver Island contractor specializing in repair and reconstruction work for the insurance restoration industry. We work closely with restoration companies, property managers, adjusters, homeowners and skilled trades to return damaged properties to their pre-loss condition.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can manage multiple repair projects while maintaining strong communication, accurate scheduling and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

- Manage insurance restoration repair projects from initial assessment through completion
- Review scopes, estimates, drawings and project requirements
- Prepare repair estimates, budgets, change orders and project documentation
- Coordinate employees, subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Communicate regularly with clients, property managers, adjusters and homeowners
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, safety and progress
- Identify additional or unforeseen work and obtain approval before proceeding
- Track job costs, timelines and profitability
- Ensure projects meet company standards, building requirements and client expectations
- Resolve site issues professionally and efficiently
- Complete project closeout documentation and follow up on deficiencies
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in renovation ,



restoration or insurance repairs
- Solid knowledge of residential and commercial repair work
- Experience working with insurance restoration companies is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, scheduling and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and changing priorities
- Comfortable using project-management software, email and Microsoft Office
- Valid BC driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Able to travel between project sites throughout Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
