Key Responsibilities
- Manage landscape construction projects, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and site activities
- Lead site meetings with clients, designers, and internal teams
- Resolve issues and adapt to changing site conditions
- Support and mentor field teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years of landscape construction project management experience
- 6+ years of hands-on landscape construction installation experience
- Solid knowledge of hardscape and softscape installation
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
- Experience with project management/estimating software (LMN an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
