is seeking a Senior Prompt Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of AI-powered experiences using Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI technologies. This individual will partner closely with the Head of AI, business stakeholders, and conference leadership teams to engineer high-impact prompts, workflows, and AI assistants that enhance sales enablement, knowledge sharing, and attendee engagement at major sales conferences and events. Required Skills & Experience

- experience in AI, data, analytics, software engineering, or emerging technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Copilot
- Azure Open AI
- ChatGPT or similar LLM platforms
- Prompt engineering methodologies
- Robust understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt design, and conversational AI.

- Experience translating business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.




- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within banking, financial services, or commercial banking environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, M365 ecosystem, and Azure AI services.

- Familiarity with Responsible AI, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience supporting executive presentations, large-scale events, or sales conferences.
