Canada’s Business Insurance unit, where we support candidates at intermediate and senior levels to drive profitable growth. You’ll qualify recent and renewal commercial accounts, assess risks, and serve as a mentor for junior underwriters. Your expertise will provide essential insights to brokers and clients while navigating complex underwriting landscapes. Key Responsibilities:

- Underwrite medium-sized Commercial Property & Casualty accounts
- Assess customer needs and pricing for profitable growth
- Maintain relationships with brokers and internal partners
- Negotiate terms and coverage for accounts
- Monitor risk performance and market trends Requirements:
- 3+ years (Intermediate) or 7+ years (Senior) underwriting experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- CIP or FCIP designation preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
