Property Manager, Current Graduates Welcome The Opportunity

Power Properties is hiring a Property Manager who has recently completed their RECA licensing (Fundamentals of Real Estate and Practice of Property Management) and is ready to put that education to work. This is a first role opportunity built for someone with fresh knowledge, real ambition, and no bad habits yet, not a candidate we expect to already have years of experience.

You'll work under a licensed managing property manager & have access to one of the largest independent brokerages in Alberta. Team Leaders will mentor you through your first files, first negotiations, and first tough conversations, so your license turns into real, confident skill fast.

What You'll Do

- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties: leasing, showings, applications, and move-in/move-out coordination.
- Communicate directly with tenants and owners, handling day-to-day questions, maintenance requests, and lease matters.
- Conduct property inspections and prepare listings, with mentorship from a senior manager as you build confidence.
- Draft and administer lease agreements, notices, and renewals in compliance with Alberta's Residential Tenancies Act.




- Coordinate with maintenance contractors and track work orders through to completion.
- Take on increasing portfolio responsibility as you demonstrate readiness.

What We're Looking For

- You might be a strong fit if you have:
- A completed or nearly completed RECA Property Management license (Fundamentals of Real Estate and Practice of Property Management), or equivalent credential.
- A genuine interest in property management as a career, not just a stepping stone.
- Strong communication skills and comfort handling difficult conversations professionally.
- Solid organizational habits and attention to detail, especially with lease and compliance paperwork.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for property visits around Edmonton.
- Recent graduates and newly licensed associates are strongly encouraged to apply. We're more interested in your potential and work ethic than a long resume.

Pay: $25.97-$37.66 per hour
