We are looking for a Licensed Residential Property Manager to join our growing team in Downtown Vancouver.

Please apply only if you hold an active Property Management licence or have completed the licensing exam.

This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines property management operations with business development. If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting property owners and tenants, and managing a variety of day-to-day responsibilities rather than sitting in an office all day, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

- Actively seek and bring on new rental properties
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners
- Market and lease vacant units
- Conduct property showings and screen prospective tenants
- Prepare leases and oversee move-ins and move-outs
- Complete condition inspections
- Respond to tenant and owner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular interior and exterior property inspections
- Assist with basic property-related tasks when needed, such as changing lightbulbs or making minor adjustments during inspections
- Coordinate and report maintenance issues to the team
- Attend fire inspections and preventative maintenance visits
- Maintain accurate property files and documentation
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with senior management

Requirements





- Active Property Management licence or licensing exam completed
- Previous property management experience is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Valid driver's licence and must have access to your own vehicle
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable using Slack, Dropbox, and mobile communication
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible schedule, as some evenings and occasional weekends may be required
- Ability to reliably commute throughout Vancouver and surrounding areas as required
