You will be at the forefront of property oversight, utilizing your skills to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols primary on weekends of properties to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
- Enforce access control procedures for staff, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Utilize surveillance systems such as CCTV to oversee property perimeters and interior spaces
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and access records with accuracy and professionalism
- Lead investigations into security incidents, gathering evidence and reporting findings clearly




- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or security operations
