Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, hospice, and home care environments. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering personalized care with professionalism and empathy. Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort.

- Provide patient care including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs as trained.

- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary.

- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning living spaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation.

- Assist with mobility and transfer activities, including heavy lifting when required, ensuring safety protocols are followed.





- Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding client needs or changes in condition.

- Follow all safety procedures and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.

Experience

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings is preferred.

- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities, dementia care, hospice care, or working in environments involving patient care is highly valued.

- Knowledge of caregiving best practices including medication administration, nursing procedures, and safety protocols is advantageous.

- Candidates should demonstrate strong caregiving skills such as patience, empathy, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

- Ability to perform light cleaning tasks and meal preparation is beneficial.
