IMP Aerospace & Defence in Canada is seeking an Aircraft Refinisher to prepare and paint aircraft, components and parts within specified tolerances and schedules. The role includes mentoring others in the paint department and maintaining SCA oversight.

You will perform surface preparation, sealing, masking and paint application while ensuring safety standards and ITAR/CGP compliance. We offer a comprehensive advantages package and holidays.
