- Respond to calls, emails and chats from the sales force
- Assist the sales force with administrative processes for individual life insurance
- Adhere to the manufacturer's procedures and the firm's obligations for sales and transactions on in-force contracts
- Understand the sales force's needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Handle more complex files in close collaboration with insurer/manufacturer teams
- Verify that the firm's files are complete
- Participate in ongoing training on policies, procedures and systems
- Contribute to the development and improvement of work procedures
- Promote communication and collaboration between Insurance specialists, agencies, support and Career services teams, and insurer teams

Requirements

- DEC (College diploma) in Business Administration or a related field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Comfortable with new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- High adaptability to change
- Positive team player
- Proactive and motivated attitude




- Advanced level of English proficiency to handle daily calls and emails in English with English-speaking advisors and sales agents
