This role reports to the Construction Manager and centers on ensuring homes are ready for occupancy. You will oversee repairs, supervise trades, and ensure work meets quality standards. Your ability to coordinate schedules and facilitate communication with homeowners is vital for a positive handover experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address deficiency items prior to homeowner walkthroughs
• Monitor finishing trades and oversee installations
• Update construction schedules and timelines
• Create deficiency lists and distribute them for corrections
• Coordinate appointments and key handovers with homeowners
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• At least 3 years in current home development or installations
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Pass a criminal record check
