This role involves working closely with the Estimating Department to develop precise project estimates based on thorough analysis of drawings and specifications. Engage with various stakeholders, soliciting vendor inputs and applying sophisticated estimating software. The successful candidate will assist project management in ensuring that estimating practices align with industry standards for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:



• Analyze designs and tender documents for project estimation • Schedule activities and adapt based on project reviews • Assess labor and material needs for each estimate • Interface with vendors for applicable quotations • Support management in the smooth transition of projects

Requirements: • Post-secondary education with a focus on mathematics or engineering • 1-2 years’ related experience in mining • Familiarity with underground operations is desired • Proficient use of spreadsheet and presentation software • Ability to perform detailed cycle time calculations
