Xatśūll First Nation is seeking a Self-Governance Coordinator to help negotiate and prepare the community for a post-Treaty self-governing setting. The role focuses on building capacity, revitalizing culture and language, and advancing governance transition from the Indian Act to sovereignty. Reporting to the Treaty Manager, you will perform legal research, support election code and constitution development, and engage the community through meetings and consultations.
