Perfectly Snug is an exciting rapidly growing high tech company that designs, digitally markets and manufactures a smart bed that is changing the way people sleep. We’re looking for a diligent and experienced team member who is excellent at managing and developing a manufacturing supply chain, planning and executing inventory purchases, and managing incoming and outbound shipping. We enjoy a supportive and productive work environment and value team members with a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude who encourage others to do their best.

The job would involve

- Planning and executing component and material purchases from our existing supply chain
- Growing and improving our supply chain as our volumes rapidly increase
- Working with our shipping agent and broker to manage incoming FCL, LCL and air shipments
- Optimizing and executing product return shipment process
- Optimizing and managing outgoing customer shipment processes and costs

We would like the candidate to:




- Understand technical manufacturing processes for efficient supplier communications
- Have skill in planning inventory levels, timelines, contingency planning with multistep off-shore manufacturing suppliers
- Experience in managing supplier and logistic costs
- Treat suppliers and team members with respect to ensure good working relationships
- Have expertise in international shipping, duties, brokerages, and customs documentation
- Fluidly work in various software applications
- Be organized, self motivated and diligent
- Easily and clearly communicate in English

Hours & Availability
- In-office (Richmond, BC) with some work from home days
- Monday to Friday generally but hours can be flexible
