As part of CIMA+'s expanding Project Delivery team, you will be responsible for providing independent quality oversight on the installation and commission of high-voltage equipment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with T&D; equipment, ensuring compliance with all project specifications and quality standards. Collaborate closely with engineers, clients, and suppliers to mitigate risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish supplier quality requirements and inspection plans
- Conduct quality system reviews and audits for critical suppliers




- Inspect equipment for compliance with project requirements
- Manage non-conformances, ensuring comprehensive documentation
- Maintain quality records for energy asset turnover and history

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in T&D; equipment quality assurance
- Knowledge of CSA, IEEE, and IEC standards
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Capacity to work independently in diverse environments
