Lead the quality assurance efforts for a new Stem Cell Laboratory as an experienced Quality Assurance Officer. Focus on compliance, SOP development, and operational readiness. We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and manage the quality assurance aspects of our new Stem Cell Laboratory.

This role involves overseeing the establishment of quality systems, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring a successful lab launch. Your expertise in laboratory operations and quality protocols will directly influence the success of this critical initiative. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the stem cell laboratory start-up project from inception
- Coordinate procurement and validation of lab equipment
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures




- Monitor compliance with ethical regulations and accreditation
- Conduct audits and manage quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree and CMLTO License
- At least 5 years of regulated manufacturing and quality experience
- Familiarity with stem cell and biotechnology regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Utilize your quality assurance skills to ensure the successful launch and operation of our current Stem Cell Laboratory.
