Job Role The Quality Coordinator is responsible to ensure the overall execution of the Quality Management System. The Quality Coordinator coordinates and executes the activities required to meet quality standards. The Coordinator will report to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

- Builds and maintains collaborative, productive working relationships with support staff throughout the company;
- Quality Management System (QMS) document control including but not limited to, filing both hard copy and electronic copy records, routing documents for review and approving, posting/or oversee these activities and archiving documents as required;
- Provide applicable daily, weekly or monthly reports as needed by operations;
- Plan, prepare and executes internal audits as per annual calendar and or special audits requested by the organization;
- Analyze and issue audit results (OFIs and Corrective Action Requests);
- Perform follow-up on CARs and NCR’s;
- Oversee and/or Issue customer satisfaction feedback requests and report data;
- Collect and compile statistical quality data;
- Collect Key Performance Indicator (KPI)



data to support management decisions and reports;
- Provides other administrative support to the Quality Assurance Manager for Quality related activities if applicable;
- Support office and field staff in initiating document changes as required

Qualifications

- Previous experience in quality control and ISO 9001;
- Analyze data and draw relevant conclusions;
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
