This position emphasizes the use of advanced BIM technology to create detailed models and construction-ready drawings, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and design clarity.
Key Responsibilities: • Generate and maintain Mechanical discipline models • Develop detailed BIM elements as per project scope • Interpret Mechanical design sketches into clear drawings • Ensure effective communication throughout the project • Collaborate across disciplines during design reviews
Requirements: • Technical degree or at least 3 years experience • Competency in Revit and other 3D design software • Strong understanding of engineering concepts • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Experience with dynamic project teams in A/E settings
