Join Bethany Care Society as a Licensed Practical Nurse, providing exceptional care and support for residents at the Sundre Seniors’ Supportive Living Facility. This casual position offers flexibility while focusing on safety and resident independence.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of resident care, working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams. Ensuring residents receive individualized care aligned with their personal needs is essential. Your leadership abilities will help direct Health Care Aides and create a positive atmosphere for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote resident-centered care based on individual care plans
• Accurately document all resident care activities
• Maintain a safe and secure care setting




• Foster effective communication within the team
• Supervise and mentor Health Care Aides as needed
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Preferred prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Valid registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
• CPR certification and understanding of RAI/MDS 2.0 preferred
