Rockwell Automation seeks a Quality Engineer in Cambridge, Ontario to bolster operational quality across Medium Voltage products. This role involves problem-solving, process improvements, and supporting current product launches. As a key member of the Quality team, you will collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to address quality issues effectively.

You will be responsible for driving corrective actions and enhancements in quality control processes, ensuring robust responses to customer requirements, and adhering to standards set by the Quality Management System (QMS). Key Responsibilities:

- Address manufacturing-related customer quality concerns
- Initiate corrective actions for quality and scrap issues
- Collaborate on new product launch initiatives
- Lead ISO 9001 audit responses and improvements
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Minimum of 5 years in quality engineering roles
- Familiarity with Lean & Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication capabilities Support quality assurance and operational excellence with Rockwell Automation.
