The Resident Care

Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for residents in our care homes, directly under the Director of Care's supervision. With at least two years of management experience in a healthcare setting, you will foster an interdisciplinary approach while managing nursing staff and care assessments. Your leadership skills will be essential in creating a safe, ethical, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and review care plans for residents
- Supervise nursing staff and manage staffing schedules




- Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Address care issues with residents and their families
- Act as a role model demonstrating clinical expertise Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in long-term care or rehabilitation
- An active nursing license or eligibility for registration
- Strong understanding of Manitoba health legislation and MDS systems
