Active Care Group is seeking a Quality Lead to drive quality, governance and compliance across the North and Wales division, with base in Plymouth or Thame, Oxford, and travel to regional offices and clients’ homes. You will lead the quality assurance programme, champion continuous improvement, and prepare services for CQC/CIW inspections while working with operational leaders to deliver secure, effective and person-centred care.
