ITRES is currently looking to fill a Quality Management Associate position. Ideally, the candidate will have a STEM background and have recently completed post secondary education in a STEM field. A candidate that has a high interest in STEM, but may not necessarily enjoy their specific program of study may find Quality to be an excellent alternative stream.

What you get to do:

- Maintain, update and improve quality documentation for ITRES’ Quality Management System.
- Manage supplier relationships end‑to‑end by issuing purchase orders, coordinating communication and deliveries, maintaining vendor records and compliance documentation, and monitoring performance through evaluations, scorecards, and corrective actions.
- Handle shipping activities by preparing documentation, gathering and packing all required items.
- Help conduct periodic internal audits.
- Provide periodic training to departments on QA standards and procedures.




- Assist with all aspects related to ITRES’ QMS to support all areas of the organization
- Assist other departments within ITRES as needed.

Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with ISO9001 2015 (preferably AS9100) is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of basic word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Pass a security Clearance Application
- Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident status (for Canada) required due to security clearance requirements
- Works well with others in a team setting
- Bachelor’s degree and/or ISO9001/AS9100 training would be strong assets for this role
