Job Position Overview The Quality Manager owns and maintains the company's AS9100D quality management system and serves as the AS9100 Management Representative and primary quality contact for customers and registrars. This is a hands-on, player-coach role in a lean, automation-focused aerospace machining setting: the Quality Manager is responsible both for building and sustaining strong quality systems, documentation, and compliance, and for performing direct inspection of aerospace bushings and other high-precision components. The role suits a methodical, detail-oriented quality professional who has worked within a well-run AS9100 system and is ready to take ownership of one.

Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related technical or quality field, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of quality experience in an aerospace or precision machining environment, including hands-on inspection.
- Demonstrated experience working within an AS9100 quality management system, with direct ownership of document control, internal audits, and/or CAPA processes.

- Requires prolonged periods of standing, along with frequent walking, bending, and reaching at inspection benches and machines.
- Must be able to handle small precision parts and inspection instruments with close, sustained visual attention to fine detail.
