Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Basic Accounting and Shipping. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and basic financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to support our logistics processes while maintaining accuracy in accounting tasks.

Duties

- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including packaging and labeling orders
- Prepare and package orders accurately for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software to track inventory levels and order statuses
- Use in house web application and QuickBooks for inventory control and data entry related to shipments and stock movements
- Support order picking processes by selecting items efficiently using order pickers or reach trucks
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing,



and record keeping for shipments and inventory transactions using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment in e-commerce environments
- Assist with packaging tasks to prepare products for shipment while adhering to quality standards

Skills

- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order quantities
- Experience with order picking, order fulfillment, and packaging in a fast-paced workplace
- Good knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy office and warehouse setting
- Good communication skills for coordinating with colleagues and supervisors
