- Implement and assess the Quality Improvement framework
- Manage clinical audits to enhance operational effectiveness
- Analyze KPIs for strategic insights and improvements
- Prepare for accreditation with relevant health standards
- Monitor and report organizational risks continuously Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics or similar
- 3-5 years of management experience ideally in PCN or CHC
- Proven supervisory background of at least 2 years
- Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or IHI methodologies
- Practical experience with Electronic Medical Records Leverage your expertise in quality management to support Radius in delivering exceptional health services.
