Wills Transfer Limited is looking for an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team.

This is a hands-on material handling role for someone who is comfortable operating a reach truck and working across a variety of warehouse functions. In addition to operating material handling equipment, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving and shipping product, inventory movement, and other general warehouse duties.

We are looking for someone who works safely, takes pride in accuracy, and can be counted on to help the team get the job done.

What You'll Do

- Safely operate a reach truck to move, store and retrieve product
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load, unload, receive, put away and stage product
- Replenish picking locations and complete inventory movements
- Use RF scanners and/or warehouse management systems to process transactions
- Verify product, quantities, labels and documentation for accuracy
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged product
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
- Complete equipment inspections and follow all safe operating procedures
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse employees to meet daily operational and customer requirements
- Perform other material handling and warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

Required:

- Previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Previous pick and pack experience
- Experience with general material handling, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, shipping and inventory movement
- Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse position, including regular standing, walking, bending and material handling

Assets:

- Current forklift/reach truck certification
- Experience using RF scanners or a warehouse management system
- Previous experience with inventory control or cycle counting
- Experience working in a high-volume warehouse or distribution centre
