As Plant
Manager, you will report directly to the Ready Mix Operations Manager and lead all daily activities at the Dawson Road location. You will champion safety practices and ensure high standards of production reliability. Establish a safety-first culture within the plant
- Supervise daily operations to ensure secure production
- Ensure high product quality and process improvements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with concrete production is preferred
- Class 1 or 3 driver’s license preferred
- Lead a dedicated team and maintain a commitment to safety and quality at Amrize in Winnipeg.
