InduSpace Realty is a growing commercial real estate brokerage specializing in industrial leasing and sales throughout Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke and the surrounding GTA.

We are looking for a licensed real estate sales representative who wants to build a serious career in commercial real estate while working directly with the brokerage’s Broker of Record.

This is not an opportunity to simply park your licence or become one of hundreds of agents at a large brokerage. We are looking for someone who wants mentorship, hands on experience and an opportunity to help grow alongside the company.

Responsibilities
- Prospect industrial property owners, tenants and buyers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of current business
- Follow up with inquiries and prospective clients promptly
- Assist with brokerage generated opportunities and active assignments
- Research properties, ownership information and market activity
- Coordinate and attend property tours




- Help prepare listing information, proposals and transaction documents
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts and opportunities
- Develop long term relationships with property owners and businesses
- Represent InduSpace Realty professionally in all communications

Qualifications
- Currently registered with RECO as a real estate salesperson or broker
- Interested in specializing in commercial and industrial real estate
- Located in or able to service the western GTA
- Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
- Coachable, motivated and willing to learn
- Professional, organized and responsive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the brokerage
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Previous commercial real estate experience is helpful but not mandatory. Work ethic, professionalism, responsiveness and willingness to prospect are more important. This is a commission based independent contractor opportunity and does not include a salary or guaranteed income. Earning potential is uncapped and will depend on the agent’s production and completed transactions.
