Opportunities and training provided with both listing and buyer clients for a licensed real estate agent with some experience (1-3yrs) that is wanting some help to get traction in the competitive Victoria market space. This person has a positive work ethic and is coachable. The ideal candidate has full time availability and is hoping to build their business independently within a collaborative team based setting.

Duties

- Assist clients in buying and selling properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the transaction process
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
- Collaborate with other real estate agents and professionals to ensure smooth transactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification
