We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team. This role involves working closely with children, parents, and staff to support the developmental needs of each child while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children, including those with working persons disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in English; bilingual skills in French are an asset.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adjusting programs as necessary.
- Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with unique learning needs.
- Maintain organized records of children's development and program activities.




- Utilize computer operation skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Qualifications

- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Robust organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; proficiency in French is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of special education practices is an asset.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive workplace for all children, including those with disabilities.
- Passion for early childhood education and dedication to continuous professional development.
