We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Accessory Sales/ Receptionist. If you have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this is the opportunity for you!

THE COMPANY:

Martin Motor Sports is a leading recreational and powersports dealer group with locations across Western Canada. We specialize in the sale, service, and support of premium powersports products, including BRP brands (such as Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, and Can-Am), along with marine and other recreational equipment.

In addition to our retail and dealership operations, Martin Motor Sports has a growing e-commerce presence, allowing us to support customers both in-store and online. We are committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience, supported by knowledgeable teams and strong operational support across all locations.

THE POSITION:

· Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or people.

· Greet customers and visitors, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.

· Maintain product displays, stock inventory, and ensure the area remains organized.

· Assist with administrative tasks, including filing,



petty cash handling as well as bank transactions, organizing the customer lounge area and maintaining office supplies.

· Provide additional support for team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills required:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in a dealership setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient use of computer programs and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service focused environment, while multitasking and managing time effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
