We are a multidisciplinary clinic looking for a receptionist to join our growing clinic. Our group of experienced and skilled professionals include chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists that collaboratively tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs and goals. At Revita Therapy we understand the importance of personalized care in achieving optimal results.

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team for the following days:

- Thursday 9am-7pm

Role:

- Professionally greet and inform patients about their appointment when arriving at the clinic
- Schedule patients




- Bill patients using on-line portals
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Call/email patients
- Call insurance companies for coverage details
- Manage waiting room and clinical environment
- Engage in continuous learning and skills development

Requirements:

- This is a highly people focused role, so you must be confident, friendly and comfortable communicating with patients both in person and over the phone.
- Professional communication skills around treatment plans, scheduling and billing
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask when busy
- Ability to adapt based on patient’s unique needs and preferences

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
