Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates for open positions.
- Post job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates by phone, text, and email.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Verify licences, qualifications, and availability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate job details, shifts, and requirements clearly.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Follow up with candidates to confirm shift attendance and availability.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and team members.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable using Canva to create professional social media and hiring posts.




- Must have experience using social media platforms for recruitment and posting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
