Duties

- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and surface polishing to ensure homes are spotless and inviting.
- Manage laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and efficiency.
- Prepare homes for special occasions or regular maintenance visits by organizing spaces and ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific preferences and address any special requests or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a professional attitude while demonstrating excellent customer service skills to foster trust and satisfaction.




- Use time management skills to complete scheduled appointments efficiently without compromising quality.
- Keep track of supplies and notify management when restocking is needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Fluency in English is required
- Prior experience in residential cleaning mandatory; training in company specific operations will be provided.
