Third Space Counselling & Mental Health is a growing private practice located in Downtown Vancouver. We support adults and teens using integrative, evidence-based approaches including ACT, IFS, ERP, and EMDR. We're looking to build a team that shares a commitment to thoughtful, LGBTQIA2S+ and culturally affirming, client-centred care. This is a ground-floor chance to help shape the culture and clinical direction of a group practice in its early growth stage.

The Role

We're looking for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or equivalent (MSW, CCC, or registration-eligible) who specializes in relationship counselling to join us as an Associate. You'll build your own caseload with support from an established referral base, while contributing to the growing clinical identity of a practice.

We're specifically looking for someone who is:

- Trained and experienced in a recognized couples modality (e.g., EFT, Gottman Method, IFS-informed couples work, or similar)
- LGBTQ2S+ affirming, with lived experience or demonstrated clinical experience with LGBTQ2S+ individuals and couples
- Comfortable working with a range of relationship structures (monogamous, non-monogamous/polyamorous, etc.)

Additional assets (not required, but valued):

- Fluency in a language other than English
- Experience with couples navigating major life transitions (parenthood, infidelity repair, blended families,



chronic illness, etc.)
- Interest in eventually offering group work or workshops

Qualifications

- Registered (or registration-eligible) as an RCC with BCACC, or equivalent regulatory body (RCSW, CCC, etc.)
- Specialized training in couples/relationship counselling
- Comfortable with independent practice management (scheduling, notes, basic admin) within a supportive team structure
- Alignment with an integrative clinical approach
