The Role

We are seeking a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) to provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. This position is ideal for a counsellor who is both experienced and self-directed, yet values being part of a connected clinical community.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide psychotherapy tailored to clients’ needs using evidence-informed modalities
- Maintain clinical documentation consistent with BCACC standards
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in peer consultation as needed

Assets:

- EMDR training and/or experience with trauma therapy
- Couples therapy experience

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology or related field
- RCC designation with BCACC (active and in good standing)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience




- Professional liability insurance
- Strong psychotherapy and case formulation skills
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- Trauma intervention training
- Availability at least one evening per week (weekend availability an asset)
