Duties

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or therapies.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Ensure client satisfaction through attentive service and professional interaction.
- Adhere to all licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements related to massage therapy.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license for province of Ontario.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a relaxing experience for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment plans.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory.
