We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our busy, collaborative multidisciplinary clinic.
Our clinic brings together Osteopathic Manual Practitioners and Certified Athletic Therapists, creating a strong referral network and collaborative environment. The successful RMT will have the opportunity to receive consistent referrals from our existing practitioners while also building their own patient base.
The Position
We are seeking a full-time RMT interested in working 4–5 days per week as a self-employed independent contractor.
This is an excellent chance for an RMT who is looking to establish or grow their practice in a professional, supportive, and busy clinical setting.

Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate:
- Is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with their regulatory college
- Is available to work 4–5 days per week
- Is professional, reliable, and passionate about patient care
- Works well independently while valuing collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is motivated to grow their practice and develop long-term patient relationships
- Is comfortable working as a self-employed independent contractor
Compensation
Independent contractor / self-employed position. Compensation structure and other details will be discussed during the interview process.
