Auricle Hearing, in partnership with ENT Specialists of Alberta, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner to take on a full-time managing role at our West Edmonton location.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who wants more than a traditional clinical position. ENT Specialists of Alberta is a 7-physician ENT practice with a strong and established referral base, providing significant opportunities to assess and serve patients with hearing needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the hearing practice, delivering exceptional patient care, driving hearing-aid sales, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to become a potential partner in Auricle Hearing as the practice grows. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly productive, enthusiastic about sales, and motivated by both professional and financial growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations and growth of the hearing practice
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and determine appropriate hearing solutions
- Recommend, fit, program, and adjust hearing aids based on individual patient needs
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Educate patients and families regarding hearing loss, hearing technology, and available solutions
- Effectively communicate the value of hearing solutions and confidently guide patients through purchasing decisions
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction, proper device performance, and ongoing care
- Work closely with ENT physicians and their teams to provide coordinated patient care




- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
- Help develop and implement strategies to increase patient satisfaction, referrals, and hearing-aid sales
- Take ownership of practice performance and contribute to the overall growth of Auricle Hearing

What We're Looking For
- Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner licensed to practice in Alberta
- Previous experience in hearing aid dispensing and patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, productive, and results-oriented
- Confident and enthusiastic about hearing-aid sales
- Solid ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in practice growth and management
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Qualified, personable, and committed to providing excellent patient care
- Previous management or leadership experience is an asset
