Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties

- Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs and health conditions
- Assess clients’ physical condition and discuss their wellness goals to develop effective treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, benefits, and any contraindications or concerns
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements





Requirements

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatments clearly and listen actively to client feedback
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training provided for new graduates
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends as needed
