About You
- CMTO Registered: You are an RMT in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
- Experienced: A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Specialized: Experience or certification in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, body contouring, or other wellness-focused modalities is highly preferred.
- Professional & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in maintaining a polished, clean,



organized treatment environment and consistently delivering a high standard of care.
- Independent & Reliable: You are comfortable working independently, managing your schedule, and taking ownership of your client experience.
- Client-Focused: You genuinely enjoy working with people and understand the importance of building trust, creating comfort, and developing long-term client relationships.
- Results-Oriented: You are passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness and body-care goals while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.

Availability WaySlim operates on an intentional, boutique schedule of approximately four days per week, allowing us to maintain a personalized and high-quality client experience.

- Full-time or Part-time opportunities available
- Alternating Saturday availability is required
- No Sunday shifts
- Applicants with availability that aligns with our core operating days will be given preference.

Our schedule may vary as the business grows, but we are committed to maintaining a focused schedule rather than operating as a high-volume, seven-day clinic.
