- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to maximize benefits
- Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients and staff
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain procedures, and foster a positive experience




- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care

Experience

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body in your region
- Proven experience delivering professional massage therapy services in a clinical or spa setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their needs confidently
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, gather client feedback, and promote health education
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
