Requirements

- Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment procedures
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach that fosters trust and comfort
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a wellness or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory; training is provided for new graduates
