Compensation (clear growth path):

- Split starts at 60%, with performance-based increases up to 65%.
- Full-time RMTs at MYo Lab typically earn $60,000–$110,000+ gross/year (depending on schedule, retention, and performance).

- Preferred: 30+ hours/week availability (open to strong candidates starting part-time and ramping up).

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional massage therapy care.




- Build strong client relationships and support retention.
- Maintain accurate, professional clinical records.
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing development.
- Contribute to a positive, professional clinic culture.

Schedule Availability

Shifts fall within our clinic hours:

- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Monday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM- 8:00 PM

Requirements:

- Active RMT license.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Clear police check.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
