We are looking for a passionate, collaborative Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a keen interest in women's health, prenatal and postpartum care, pediatrics, breast cancer recovery, general wellness, and musculoskeletal care.

What You'll Do
- Complete thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's goals, needs, and presentation.
- Provide evidence-informed massage therapy treatments to a diverse clientele, with opportunities to develop special interests in women's health, prenatal and postpartum care, pediatrics, breast cancer recovery, orthopaedics, sports injuries, chronic pain, and general wellness.
- Provide safe, compassionate, and client-centered care while adapting treatments to meet the needs of each individual.
- Educate clients on their condition, treatment plan, self-management strategies, and ways to support their long-term health and wellness.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of physiotherapists, naturopaths, kinesiologists, and other wellness professionals to provide coordinated, client-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and uphold all professional and regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinic initiatives, community outreach, educational opportunities, and events that support the growth of Northwood.
- Contribute ideas that help shape our services, programs, treatment offerings, and overall client experience as we continue to grow.

Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Skilled liability insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice and lifelong learning.
- Experience or interest in women's health, prenatal/postpartum care, pediatrics, oncology/breast cancer recovery, sports, orthopaedics, or chronic pain is an asset but not required.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to grow within an interdisciplinary environment.

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
Experience:
- Pelvic/Women's Health: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Independent Practice Certificate of Registration (required)
