Novelia Wellness is a growing multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Barrie, and we’re looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team.

Since opening, our clinic has continued to establish itself in the community. We now have active referral sources, ongoing marketing initiatives, a growing client base, and established healthcare practitioners working collaboratively under one roof.

Our clinic provides support with:

- Reception and client communication
- Online booking and scheduling
- Marketing and practice promotion
- Billing and direct billing support
- Laundry and linens
- Basic treatment supplies
- Clinic upkeep

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients, provides an excellent treatment experience, and wants to develop a consistent long-term practice.

You are

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Covered by professional liability insurance
- Warm, professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Interested in building and maintaining a consistent caseload
- Looking for a clinic where you can establish yourself for the long term
