As we expand our multidisciplinary wellness team, we are seeking passionate, energetic, and client-focused Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to build and grow their practice within our modern, collaborative clinic workplace. Job Overview

As a Registered Massage Therapist operating as an independent contractor, you will play an important role in helping clients achieve optimal health, recovery, and overall wellness.



You will provide evidence-based massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's individual needs while delivering an exceptional client experience in a professional and welcoming environment.

We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and self-motivated therapist who enjoys building long-term client relationships, communicates effectively, and is committed to clinical excellence and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver safe, effective, and personalized massage therapy treatments using appropriate therapeutic techniques.
- Educate clients on treatment plans, self-care strategies, injury prevention, and wellness goals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records using appropriate medical terminology.
- Ensure exceptional client care before, during, and after each treatment through professional communication and follow-up.
- Adhere to all CCHPBC standards of practice, ethical guidelines, infection prevention protocols, and clinic policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare and aesthetic professionals to support comprehensive client care.
- Promote the benefits of massage therapy and contribute to the overall growth of the clinic through outstanding service and client retention.
- Manage your appointment schedule professionally while maximizing productivity and respecting treatment durations.

Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing (or eligible for registration) with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong understanding of anatomy,



physiology, pathology, and massage therapy techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, positive, and client-centered attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and building long-term client relationships.
- Previous clinical experience is an asset; however, new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
