Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage to meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health history, preferences, and specific concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or stretches to support ongoing wellness.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expected outcomes,



and answer any questions they may have.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

- Valid registration or licensure as a Massage Therapist from an accredited regulatory body.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatments and address client concerns.
- Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
