- Assess client needs and coordinate care plans
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing care interventions
- Maintain high standards in patient care delivery
- Document client interactions and changes accurately
- Participate in on-call rotations for urgent care support Requirements:
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- RN diploma or degree from an accredited institution
- First Aid/CPR certification required
